By using our online platform www.crystalelements.in (hereinafter Crystal Elements, we, us, our), you (hereinafter user, customer, buyer) agree:
1. That you are a competent user who is eligible to enter into the contract as per the Indian Contract Act.
2. That you are not specifically forbidden under any law of the land to make such transactions on Crystal Elements.
3. That you are not using anyone else’s login credentials or any other data including user name, email-id, password, financial details etc. without prior legal authorization.
4. That the customer is using secured internet connection and a device which is free from any malware or viruses.
5. That the customer is not using any illegal or unauthorized VPN server or any other technology which is not permissible to use under the law of the land.
6. That in case we detect any such activity, omission or use of any such technology; Crystal Elements has every right and duty to not only cancel the transaction but also take necessary actions against such customer without prior intimation to the customer.
7. That while surfing the website and placing the order, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to fill in the correct details and place orders. Once the order has been placed and the transaction stands complete, Crystal Elements shall not be responsible for any wrongly filled information or data. However, the customer can contact the concerned officials of Crystal Elements through the given channel, nevertheless, it shall be the sole discretion of Crystal Elements to entertain such requests of the customer.
8. That it is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. In case, the customer provides wrong/insufficient address and the product gets delivered at the address provided by the customer which later turns out to be the wrong address, Crystal Elements shall not be responsible for any refunds, returns or any other support whatsoever.
9. That each substance, content, product and pictures utilized on www.crystalelements.in is property of Crystal Elements.
10. That you shall not post, replicate, download, transfer, transmit, retransmit, circulate, redistribute, produce, republish, recompile, dismantle or make any adjustment or commercial abuse of any exclusive material made accessible through Crystal Elements websites.
11. That Crystal Elements is not a subsidiary with sites that might be connected to Crystal Elements through hypertext and dissuades itself from any mishaps happening due to the acts and omissions of such sites.
12. That Crystal Elements has no control over and is not in-charge of the substance on any connected site. The connected destinations are for user convenience only and you access at your own risk.
13. That Crystal Elements only saves and stores the personal contact details of its customers for analytical purposes or any other purposes as stipulated in the foregoing policies. Crystal Elements specifically denies of having access to or storing any financial details (bank account number, card details etc.) of its customers.
14. That the customer shall solely be responsible for any mishaps while operating this website and shall not held liable to Crystal Elements or any of its affiliates for any data leak or transactional hazards.
15. That in case of any dissatisfaction towards the services and/or products of Crystal Elements, the customer shall first approach to the concerned officer of Crystal Elements to resolve the issue. We are committed to serve our customers in the best possible way and will try to resolve as soon as possible.
16. We do not entertain any returns. If you received a damaged or broken item, a video of unpacking the courier box clearly showing all the details within 2 days of receiving. Our team will inspect video and take the final decision for replacement.
17. We deal in natural precious and semi-precious stones and their products. All-natural stones are produced by mother earth so small holes or crack marks on the surface or inside the stones are often visible. As no two stones/crystal formations are alike, differences in colour, size and texture are very common. The product may vary in colour and texture from the photo due to the monitor backlight and photography effect. Crystal Elements cannot be held liable for this.
18. We source, categorize, pack and sell the stones as per their name, nature, colour & efficacy. We do-not advise upon use of these stones as complete alternative to medicines. Crystal Elements does not guarantee any product's ability to cure illness and we do not advocate the use of any product/crystal shown as a substitute for standard medical practice.
19. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
20. That in case of any dispute, it is only the Courts located within the territory of Mumbai shall have the appropriate jurisdiction to try and decide the matter. It is further specifically stated that no other Courts of the Republic of India, including the Courts of Jammu and Kashmir, shall have the jurisdiction to try and decide the matter except for the Courts located within the territory of Mumbai.

In addition to our terms related above for our website in general, the following terms apply to all energy healing, intuitive reading, and spiritual services offered through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to: Akashic Records, Tarot Reading, Lenormand Cards, Reiki Healing (Usui, Money Reiki, Ashta Lakshmi Reiki), Handwriting & Signature Analysis, Chakra Healing, Pendulum Dowsing, Bibliomancy, and Sigil Creation.
1. Nature of Services
These sessions are intended to provide spiritual guidance, energy alignment, and personal development support. They are based on traditional healing methods and intuitive practices. They are not a replacement for professional advice or treatment in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.
2. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any of these services, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and take full responsibility for how you interpret and apply the guidance or energy work provided.
We encourage you to take only what resonates and release what does not. Your intuition and inner guidance should always be the final authority in your journey.
3. Booking & Scheduling
After your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to coordinate your session timing and understand any specific focus areas you may have. All sessions are scheduled based on the availability of the respective practitioner and your mutual convenience.
4. No Refund Policy
All healing and divination sessions, workshops, and courses are non-refundable once booked. This is because time and energetic space are held for each individual in advance.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are held in a confidential and non-judgmental space. Personal information or insights shared during your session will not be disclosed or used for any purpose outside of the healing context.
6. Distance Sessions
The effectiveness of remote sessions is equivalent to in-person sessions when received with openness and clear intention.
